End of Winter Giveaway Rules and Terms and Conditions

From 2/01/18 to 2/28/18, we are hosting an End of Winter Giveaway for all of our followers. One winner will be chosen at random and no purchase is required to participate.

Prize: THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A FREE LIGHT OF THEIR CHOOSING.

Winner will be notified on all three social media channels that are a part of this giveaway. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, a new winner will be selected and similarly notified.

Rules for the Giveaway

The promotion runs from 2/01/2018 to 2/28/18. The winner will be chosen at random on 2/28/18.
How to participate: Follow our Official Cocoweb accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, you MUST like the "contest announcement" post, share, tag, or comment on the post.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Winner is selected at random.
Participants must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible to enter giveaway in their respective country, state or county.

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, you agree by these Official Rules and decisions of Cocoweb Inc. and panel, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Social Media Giveaway (“Giveaway”): (a.) to release, discharge and hold harmless Cocoweb Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, and advertising and promotions, and the respective employees, directors, shareholders, and representatives of the foregoing from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; and (b.) to the use of the participant’s name in advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet by its designees, without compensation or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection. An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Giveaway if he/ she fails to comply with each provision of these Official Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of Cocoweb Inc. Participation in the Giveaway is at entrant's own risk. Cocoweb Inc. shall not be responsible for unintentionally excluding valid entrants from the possible winners and also shall not be responsible if valid entrants are not received due to communication errors relating to the internet, email, computer or telephone network failures, human error such as a Cocoweb Inc. employee accidentally not including the entrant for any other reason. Cocoweb Inc. does not make any, and hereby disclaims any and all, representations or warranties of any kind regarding any prize. By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Cocoweb Inc. and their respective partners, sponsors, subsidiaries and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively, "Claims") that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Giveaway will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Cocoweb Inc. reserves the right to modify these Official Giveaway Rules in any way or at any time. Cocoweb Inc. reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Giveaway should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond their control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation or suspension, Cocoweb Inc. shall promptly post a notice on their online Giveaway page to such effect.
