  • Free delivery is only available to orders shipping within the Continental U.S.

Non Continental US Delivery: (6-9 Business Days)

  • Orders are charged a flat rate of $30 per item
  • Orders are typically delivered within 6-9 business days for Standard Non Continental US service.
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping distance and location.

Priority Delivery: (3-5 Business Days)

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days for Priority Service.

Where is my order shipping from?

Most orders are shipped from Easypost Fulfillment Centers which are located in California, Utah, Pennsylvania, Chicago, Texas, and Kentucky. Some orders are shipped directly by Amazon Fulfillment Center’s due to the location of the item in proximity to the customer. Warranty parts are shipped from our corporate office in Irvine, CA.

When will my order ship?

All orders with in-stock items will ship within 24 hours. We do not process shipments after normal business hours, weekends, or federal holidays. As our warehouses are all on an updated platform, additional requests will take additional processing time.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

For any updates to addresses on orders placed you must contact us at 888-783-0378 or customerservice@cocoweb.com. Keep in mind, all orders will ship within 24 hours automatically so we need to be notified within that time frame.

What if there are shipping restrictions for certain carriers in my area?

It is the customer’s duty and responsibility to notify us before or during order placement of possible shipping carrier restrictions in your area or location. If the carrier in your area does not provide service and your package is returned, you may be responsible for shipping costs of returning the item to your location. Severe weather conditions may impact the time of delivery in some areas.

Are the shipping charges refundable?

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 2nd Day and Next Day shipping are not guaranteed.

Will I receive my order in one package or separate shipments?

Customized barn light orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. The shade and base will always come packaged together but the gooseneck will arrive separately. All barn light accessories such as cages, sensors and swivels will also be shipped separately. Picture light orders will have accessories shipped separately as well. Please Note: There may be multiple tracking numbers associated to your order.

Who will pay the custom fees upon delivery?

Cocoweb is not responsible for paying custom fees upon delivery of your package. Since the duty fees are different between countries, cities, provinces, etc. We cannot calculate this into the shipping cost.

What if the delivery is incomplete due to an invalid address?

Shipping fees will not be returned or refunded due to an invalid address. Please verify your address on Google Maps first before entering it as your final shipping destination.
