1. Return / Exchange request must be submitted online within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Product(s) must be returned in “ORIGINAL, LIKE-NEW” condition, in original factory box and packaging for a full refund.
3. After your return request has been authorized, product(s) must be shipped back to Cocoweb (Corona, CA) within 15 days.
4. All returned merchandise must be in Factory-Original condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise may be subject to either a 20% Restocking Fee or not accepted.
5. All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. Returns may 1) not be accepted, or 2) be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if any of these packed accessories are missing, if the hardwired or battery operated picture lights have been mounted unless explicitly stated in written correspondence.
6. All Third Party channels returns must go through their respective channels Ex. Amazon, Houzz, Wayfair, Overstock.
7. All product accessories are not available for return or refund.
8. Return labels provided for continental US states only.
9. Any items returned equaling over $1,000 MSRP will be receive a 20% restocking fee.
1. Prepare your return shipment by securely packaging your “ORIGINAL, LIKE-NEW” unit(s) in Original Factory Box and Packaging.
2. Indicate RMA # on the outside of the package somewhere visible. RMA # should have been provided in the return instructions email.
3. Returns will not be processed without a RMA number.
4. Drop off package(s) at your nearest shipping carrier location according to the carrier we’ve provided for the return label(s).
5. Your refund will be processed immediately once we receive your return, and the funds will be returned into your bank account within 7-10 business days. If you checked out with Amazon Pay, the funds will be returned to your Amazon Pay account. Same goes for Paypal, etc.
How To Submit A Return / Exchange Request
1. Click “Sign In” on the top right hand corner of the web page.
2. Sign In to your account using your email address and password. If you checked out as a guest, your account was automatically created for you and you should have received an email with login details. If you do not remember your password, click “Forgot Your Password” link.
3. Once logged in, select the link that says “Return Items?” next to the order you would like to return and fill out the return form.
4. Next, select a return or exchange reason and please briefly specify your reason for return in the “Comments” section.
5. Once your request is received, please allow up to 1 business day for the return instructions to be sent as well as return shipping label(s) through email.
