Artist Content and Copyright Policy

Cocoweb Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of artists and photographers. All artworks, photographs, and related creative content provided by an artist (“Artist Content”) remain the sole property and copyright of the artist.

Cocoweb Inc. does not own, sell, sublicense, or distribute Artist Content. By submitting or providing Artist Content, the artist grants Cocoweb Inc. a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display the content on Cocoweb Inc.’s website and official channels solely for purposes agreed upon with the artist (e.g., portfolio presentation, product listings, or promotional showcases). This license does not allow Cocoweb Inc. to redistribute, alter, or commercially exploit the content beyond the agreed scope.

The artist retains all copyrights and moral rights in the content, including proper attribution where applicable. Third-party use of Artist Content is strictly prohibited without the artist’s prior written consent.

If you are an artist and wish to update, restrict, or request removal of your content, please contact us at artservices@cocoweb.com with sufficient detail to identify the work. Upon verification, we will address your request promptly.

Shipping Policy

All artworks are shipped directly from the artist. To ensure proper handling and preparation, we allow up to 14 days from the date of purchase for order processing and packaging. In some cases, certain artworks may require more time due to their nature or complexity. If so, extended shipping times will be clearly noted in the product description prior to checkout.

Delivery Delays

Because each artwork is sourced and shipped by the individual artist, unanticipated delays may occur. Factors such as the artist’s schedule, availability, or external shipping issues may impact delivery times. If a delay arises, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated shipping estimate. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these rare situations.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on all artwork from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

Please note:

  • Cocoweb is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • If the return is not insured and the artwork is damaged during return shipping, Cocoweb cannot offer a refund.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Cocoweb immediately at customerservice@cocoweb.com. Do not attempt to contact the artist directly, as this may delay the resolution.

Once notified, we will coordinate with the artist to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the damage and availability of the piece.

Please retain all packaging and take clear photos of the damage for documentation purposes.
