Description
I painted this on location in Pt. Lobos in Central California fighting against the wind and sun and tourists.
This was painted on a very busy weekend with many hikers passing by. I had to break the rules and get off the main
trail so as not to block the trail, but still gathered a bit of a crowd who where very complimentary.
Painting along the California coast can be very challenging since I often have to deal with wind or fog.
I occasionlly sell a painting right off my easel to an appreciative viewer which is why i keep a thin box in my car
to allow them to take home a wet painting to give it time to dry. I almost always ship paintings for free if they are
un framed.
I sell my paintings unsold to allow collectors to frame each painting based upon their decor and preferences.
