This is a painting of my favorite Colorado lake, Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins. The beauty and serenity of this lake is unmatched, with it's many coves, stately Pine and Fir trees, and wealth of wildlife. I tried to capture not only the beauty, but the sense of serenity offered by this jewel of Colorado in the painting.
