Description
Pelican on the Snake River, Grand Teton National Park, by Ruby Hour Photo Art ~ Marcela Herdova
Drifting gracefully along the calm waters of the Snake River, a solitary pelican creates a scene of quiet elegance against the backdrop of the Tetons. Its bright white plumage glows in the soft mountain light, contrasting beautifully with the deep blues and greens of the river. Each slow, measured movement sends ripples spreading outward, reflecting the towering peaks and autumn-kissed foliage along the banks. The air is cool and still, filled only with the gentle sound of flowing water and the distant calls of other river birds. In this serene moment, the pelican becomes a symbol of peaceful solitude — a striking and harmonious presence in the wild heart of Grand Teton National Park.
Print Options
Prints mounted on Aluminom Dibond offer a long-lasting, gallery-ready piece. The photographs are printed on a matte paper which reduces reflections (using Fuji Crystal Archive DP II paper) and then mounted on Aluminum Dibond (so not infused on metal). Aluminum Dibond is a 0.11 in. (3mm) thick composite material with three layers. Two white-coated aluminum plates enclose a black polyethylene core. Viewed from the sides, the material appears black. Although extremely robust, Aluminum Dibond has a low weight, meaning it is also perfect for large-format pieces. You photo print is laminated with a UV and dust protective thin film and mounted on the Aluminum Dibond.
Prints mounted on Aluminum Dibond backing arrive ready to hang with aluminum rails attached to the back for easy installation out of the box.
