Autumn settles gently over the Artist Paintpots, casting a warm, golden glow across Yellowstone’s steamy, otherworldly landscape. Rust-colored hills and pale mineral terraces contrast beautifully with the vibrant yellows and oranges of nearby aspens, their leaves flickering like tiny flames in the cool mountain breeze. Wisps of geothermal steam drift upward, softening the edges of the scene and blurring the boundary between earth and sky. Beneath it all, the rhythmic bubbling of mud pots creates a natural percussion—slow, deliberate, and ancient. The crisp scent of fall mixes with the sulfuric breath of the thermal earth, creating a moment where the raw power of Yellowstone meets the quiet elegance of the changing season. Prints mounted on Aluminom Dibond offer a long-lasting, gallery-ready piece. The photographs are printed on a matte paper which reduces reflections (using Fuji Crystal Archive DP II paper) and then mounted on Aluminum Dibond (so not infused on metal). Aluminum Dibond is a 0.11 in. (3mm) thick composite material with three layers. Two white-coated aluminum plates enclose a black polyethylene core. Viewed from the sides, the material appears black. Although extremely robust, Aluminum Dibond has a low weight, meaning it is also perfect for large-format pieces. You photo print is laminated with a UV and dust protective thin film and mounted on the Aluminum Dibond.
Prints mounted on Aluminum Dibond backing arrive ready to hang with aluminum rails attached to the back for easy installation out of the box.
Fine Art Paper/Giclée Prints (Ships Within 1 Week)
Photos on fine art paper are particularly high-quality, with an emphasis on details, texture, depth and extremely long-lasting color that is true to the original. The archival paper used is Hahnemühle Photo Rag which has a matte surface and a fine, soft surface texture. The premium print using Epson UltraChrome Pro pigments ensures the finest tonal gradation. Pictures are reproduced at an ultra-high resolution with a perfect grey balance.
Each of the fine art paper sizes on offer has a white border around the image (0.8 inches). Please note that these prints come without a frame or mounting.
