Description
An exquisite extra large Fancy Crackle conch shell sculpture hand blown by Treg Silkwood. The conch shell's rich golden color is accented by a black interior and exterior black crackled patterning. The coloration is achieved by submersing the molten glass in cold water to crack the surface, and then filling in the exposed cracks with black glass powder. The brilliant gold sea star is hand carved with white dots to accentuate the form.
