Is my trade account eligible to use promotion or coupon codes?
Trade accounts are not eligible to use promotional or coupon codes.
Is Cocoweb a drop shipper?
No. We design, manufacture, and stock all of our products. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
How do you ship your orders?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days from either our Amazon.com fulfillment service or our own distribution centers. We currently operate distribution centers in Los Angeles, CA, and Philadelphia, PA. Our system automatically selects the fastest shipping location.
In the rare event that we are unable to ship within this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.
What carrier do you use to ship my order?
We typically ship via USPS or UPS. In some cases, FedEx may be used depending on package weight and destination. Standard delivery usually takes 6–9 business days.
What are your shipping costs?
All orders shipped within the continental United States qualify for free standard ground shipping.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $50 flat-rate shipping fee per item.

Do you charge sales tax on online orders?
Sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within California.

How do I return my order if I am not completely satisfied?
You may submit a return request online within 30 days of the purchase date. Please review our Returns Policy page for full details.

- Orders purchased directly from our website must be returned to our corporate office in Corona, California.
- Orders purchased through Amazon must follow Amazon’s return process.
