Is Cocoweb a drop shipper?
No, Cocoweb designs all of its own products and carries all items in stock. We usually ship out orders within 1 to 2 business days, whereas 99% of our competitors who sell lighting products online are drop-shippers and usually ship their products at least a week AFTER an order has been placed. Since Coco Web manufactures and sells products directly to consumers, we’re able to provide the best possible price and excellent customer service.
How do you ship your orders?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from our Amazon.com fulfillment service, or our own distribution centers. We have distribution centers located in Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Our system chooses the fastest location from these distribution centers to ship orders. If there is a very unusual situation and we cannot ship your order within 1-2 business days, we will notify you as soon as possible after we receive your order.
What carrier do you use to ship my order?
We normally ship via United States Postal Services or UPS. In most cases, we ship your order free of charge via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (dependant upon weight and destination). It usually takes 6-9 business days for your order to arrive.
What are your shipping costs?
All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped FREE of charge with standard ground delivery. Please check the Shipping and Delivery section for more details. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are charged a flat rate of $30 per item for Standard Ground Shipping.
Do you add sales tax for online orders placed in any state?
Only for California orders.
How do I return my order if I am not completely satisfied?

How can I view the status of my order?
Sign in to "My Account" (for customers checked out as a guest, you will find your log in information on your order confirmation email) and click on "Check Status." This page lists all your orders.
